Hi! My name is Carla. Seashore to Summit is about our Santa Barbara house where the lifestyle is beyond relaxed. Drive 2 miles in any direction and you’ll find beaches, restaurants, shops and wine tasting. Situated on a ¾ acre lot, the private yard is surrounded by towering oaks, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Inside you’ll find newly remodeled, and thoughtfully furnished spaces that are light, stylish and exceptionally comfortable – – the epitome of coastal living.
The house is well-equipped for your ease. From beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, totes and toys) to a well-stocked kitchen (seasonings, serving ware and cookware – coffee and tea) to a crisp linen closet! We have internet, washer/dryer and plenty of parking.

Rates range from $500 to $1000 per night depending on the number of guests, weekend or weekdays, time of year and length of stay. Stays over 31 days are discounted.
